Build environment for LininoOS and LininoIO

The standard build environment for linino images is: Debian squeeze amd64. Using a chroot  environment will also work. This tutorial does not explain how to install Debian or perform sysadmin tasks. Make sure updates and security-updates are enabled and installed.

As root ( or via sudo ):
