Arduino presents the Primo board at Oslo Skaperfestival

Oslo Skaperfestival - is the Norwegian festival of creativity and technologies and a perfect place to showcase an interactive Arduino Primo demo.
Oslo Skaperfestival organized by the Oslo Public Library, the Norwegian Museum, Leather Kidsa Coding and Norway Makers attracted many makers and companies. During this event, we had no choice but present the Arduino Primo board, which was co-developed with Nordic Semiconductor, one of the most well-known Norwegian companies.

For the Arduino Primo demo, we created two radio connected LED cubes. They changed color based on their orientation, and also communicated this color change to the other. The demo was especially appreciated by young children, who were quite amazed by them.

We had many people stopping by our stand, both kids and adults. Many of the kids had heard of Arduino, and were inspired to learn more when checking out the demo. Many were intrigued by the opportunities with the bluetooth and wifi radios on the Arduino Primo, and looked forward to the release. We also had parents stopping by and asking for tips on how they could get started doing Arduino projects with their kids. It was very fun to inspire and help people get started with the hobby. Moreover, this was the very first time when Arduino participated in an event in Norway, and we are excited and surprised by the number of Arduino fans and extremely talanted developers! We are looking forward to next festivals in this country and planning to expand our presence there.
